I really like the vibe on XiRENA. The style feels easy and laid-back without trying too hard, which is exactly what I’m into. The shirts especially have that relaxed look but still feel polished, and I love the soft color choices. The website itself is clean and simple to browse, so shopping around was easy. I’m taking off one star because a few pieces do feel a bit pricey for what they are, but overall the taste and design are really nice.

"Fair prices, honestly"
I’ll admit, I expected the prices to feel a bit inflated, but they actually seemed fair for the quality. It’s not super cheap or anything, but I didn’t feel like I was getting overcharged either. Kind of hard to complain when it feels like you got what you paid for.

"Color wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered the blue shirt, but when it showed up, the color was way lighter than it looked in the photos. The fabric actually feels nice, so that was a plus, but I was in a rush and just felt frustrated dealing with the return. Kind of disappointing overall.

"A Little Big, But Still a Win"
The sizing ran a bit big on me, and I had a tiny moment of panic when I tried it on, but the shirt still totally worked. It’s comfy, cute, and I’m still happy with it!

"Nice quality, but wow, not cheap"
I’ll give them this: the pieces are really good quality and they do feel like they’ll last. But the prices made me pause for a second. Like, why does everything decent have to cost so much? Still, after getting them, I can’t say I regret it because they do feel worth the money

"Soft, but suspiciously thin for the price"
The fabric actually feels really soft and nice on my skin, so I’ll give it that. But for the price, I expected it to be a little thicker. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it kind of feels like they made it just thin enough to seem premium in photos while saving on material behind the scenes. Still comfortable, just not quite what I thought I was paying for.

"Sizing is kind of confusing??"
Some of the pieces fit true to size, but others are weirdly big?? It makes ordering a little frustrating because I’m never totally sure what size to pick.

"Nice fit, but not as durable as I expected"
I really like the style and the way the shirts fit, but for the price, I expected the fabric to hold up better. One of mine started feeling a bit thin after just a few washes, which was disappointing. It’s not awful or anything, just not as durable as I was hoping. Shipping was okay, but I did get a little frustrated waiting for it to arrive.

"Mostly fine, but the wording was misleading"
Most of the items showed up correctly, so I can’t complain too much, but one of the colors was wrong. The way it was described made it seem like I was getting a different shade, so that was misleading and a bit annoying

I ordered from xirena and ended up returning one item because the fit just wasn’t quite right. The return process itself was straightforward, so no real complaints there. That said, reading between the lines, it felt like things moved a little slowly once the return was on their end. My refund took longer than I expected, and while customer service did get back to me, it wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it could definitely be a bit smoother

"Pretty easy to find my size"
I’ve had a good experience finding the xirena pieces I want in my size, which makes shopping way easier. My usual shortcut is if I see my size and like the color, I just grab it because some shades disappear fast. Restocks feel a little unpredictable, but compared to other clothing sites, the availability has been solid overall.

"Discount worked, delivery took a bit"
I used the discount and it went through fine, so that was nice. Shipping was a little slow though, or at least it felt that way. I can’t remember if it was supposed to arrive earlier or if I just got the dates mixed up, but it did take longer than I expected. Overall, not bad.

"Refund was handled fairly"
I returned an item to xirena, i was expecting the refund to take a while. Once they received it back, though, the money showed up quickly, which I really appreciated. To me, that’s the right way to treat customers. I’m giving 4 stars because the return updates were a little slow and could’ve been clearer, but when it came to actually issuing the refund, they handled it responsibly.

"Box was dented, but everything inside was okay"
The box showed up dented, which made me a little worried at first, uh, but the clothes inside were totally fine. Nothing was damaged, so overall it worked out okay.
